Description: Hydretain Coverage Rates: Lawns: One quart of Hydretain treats between 2500 to 5000 square feet of lawn, depending on required watering reduction and severity of drought conditions. Indoor or Outdoor or Flowers, Shrubs, Trees and Vegetable Gardens: Best results are achieved by thoroughly saturating soil or planting media surrounding the root system of individual plants.

(Example: One quart of Hydretain treats up to 250 individual plants in six inch containers. Coverage will vary with plant size, root mass and water holding volume of planting media.) Each Hydretain application provides soil moisture management for up to 3 months.

Hydretain is organic and fully biodegradable. It contains no phosphates, petrochemical derivatives or other toxic fractions, which may cause ground water runoff contamination. Hydretain begins to break down in approximately 90 days. Re-application every 90 days allows Hydretain to build up in the soil profile providing even greater drought resistance with each application.

The convenient sprayer attaches to your hose and meters the Hydretain out at the exact rate required. No measuring (except the square footage of your lawn if applied to grass).
