Wipeout is a safe way in which to rid crops of a wide range of leaf chewing, soft skinned insects. Also controls a wide range of mites and insects such as chinch bugs, citrus rust mites,spider mites, scale, mealy bugs, white flies, aphids and thrips.

This organic insecticide is derived from fish and exotic oils that may also have the added benefit of controlling certain fungal diseases such as powdery mildew. Wipeout is used as a contact foliar spray that is safe to humans and pets.

WIPEOUT Natural Horticultural Oil is a pesticide-free spray made from three natural (non-petroleum) oils. It is exempt from EPA Registration and can be sprayed on edible plants at any time up to harvest.

WIPEOUT controls smaller insects and scales by coating and  suffocating them with natural oils (sesame seed, castor and fish oil). It works on all stages — eggs, larvae, nymphs and adults- of the target pest. It also has an insect preventing effect since it coats plants with a fine oil film that repels egg-laying insects.

WIPEOUT should be applied with a fine spray, like you would get with a pump sprayer or a hand mister. Using just 1-2 oz per gallon, a little WIPEOUT goes a long way.
WIPEOUT has been shown to be effective on insects such as (but not limited to):

· Aphids
· Mealy Bugs
· Soft and Armored Scales (including Euonymous Scale)
· Spider Mites (found on most Alberta Spruces)
· Citrus Mites (use at 1.2% concentration)
· White Flies
· Thrips
· Gnats
· Leaf Rollers
· Chinch Bugs
· Leaf Miners
· Sago Pine Scale

Disease Prevention

WIPEOUT has shown preventative/curative affects on the following (but not limited to) diseases:
· Black Spot on roses
· Powdery Mildew
· Helminthesporim
· Greasy Spot (citrus/fruit trees)

Cautionary Note. This product is safe to use on most plants, even in hot weather, however the Euphorbia (Crown of Thorns) family has shown some sensitivity. As a general suggestion, plants under drought stress are more susceptible to disease and insect injury and should not be wilting when sprays are applied.
