Barricade controls weeds by preventing growth and development of newly germinated weed seeds.

Barricade is a pre-emergent herbicide that offers low rate, season-long control of 30 grass and broadleaf weeds, including crabgrass, goosegrass and Poa annua in turf and ornamentals.

The product’s unique non-staining formulation is a clear advantage over other herbicides which when applied, produce a distinct unsightly yellow coloration on the turf.

Barricade can be applied in the fall to control crabgrass all through the following growing season

WHERE:

Established turfgrasses, lawns and sod nurseries, contain, field grown and landscape ornamentals.Established perennials and wildflower plantings and Christmas tree farms.

RATE: Turfgrass – 0.185 to 0.83 oz. / 1000 sq. ft. or 0.5 to 2.3 lbs. / acre depending on type of turf.

Container, field grown & landscape ornamentals – 0.37 to 0.83 oz. / 1000 sq. ft. or 1.0 to 2.3 lbs. / acre.
