Long Lasting Controlled Release Fertilizer

CONTAINS: Repackage of Osmocote® 18-6-12.
This formulation fertilizes for 8 – 9 months.

USE ON: Potted Plants, Hanging Baskets, Flower Beds and Vegetable Gardens.

RATE: Soil; mix 1/2 – 3/4 cups per cubic ft.
Plant beds; 1 1/2 – 3 cups per 10 sq. ft.
Pot Culture; 4″ – 3/4 tsp., 5″ – 1 1/2 tsp., 6″ – 2 tsp.

APPLICATION: Mix thoroughly with soil mix. Surface application; apply to soil around plant.
